Grey goose feathers are usually longer than those from white domestic geese. They are also exceptionally smooth and oily, making them naturally water repellent. Differences in colour from light grey to anthrazite – even within a single feather – are a normal and natural occurence.
Grey goose feathers are your first choice for fletching historical style arrows, from the stone age to the middle ages!
