About the Author
Donald McKay is a historical fencing instructor at Vier Blössen Historical Fencing in Texas. For nearly a decade, Donald has researched and practiced the techniques found in I.33. His background in engineering gives him a unique methodology in decomposing the manuscript’s techniques and presenting them in a way for practical application. Through a combination of passion for history and the use of the sword paired with the buckler, Donald hopes his work will help the reader in their journey through the fantastic manuscript of I.33.
