11/32" Spruce, 65-70lbs. As I mentioned in my comments regarding Pine shafts, buy +5lbs spine compared to what you need. All of the shafts where without defects, straight, the weight was around 360-385 grains for most of them, with some examples going to 420gr but this is ok. The actual spine based on my measurements was 62-65lbs and that was ideal for my draw weight of 53lbs with a 125gr point and 30'' of draw length.
