Reproduction of medieval aiglettes made of brass.

Conical aiglettes have been in use since the MIddle Ages. They are sewn to the ends of atrings or braided cords to thread them through holes or eyelets more easily.

This reproduction of thin brass sheet has a wavy rear end and two drilled holes for sweing.
